Great sessions are prepared before anyone presses record. Session Planner guides you from the first idea to a finished plan, collects what your guests want you to know and brings all of it into the studio with you.
- Start from the kind of show you make. Interview, podcast, panel, book club, livestream or a blank custom session, each with a sensible starting run of show.
- Prepare your guests. Each guest receives a private invitation by email, with a briefing you have reviewed, and fills in their own preparation page. They need no account.
- Know what they want. Introductions, expertise, topics they would like to discuss, topics to avoid, pronunciation and links arrive in one place, visible only to you and your producer.
- Keep it close while you record. Your topics, opening questions, talking points and each guest’s preparation sit in the studio beside your run of show.
- Book clubs without the homework. The book club template builds a short briefing on the premise, characters and themes, so guests can join without having read the whole book.

Every great show needs a great producer. Moxie listens to your session, follows the conversation and responds when you say her name. Say “Hey Moxie” and ask for what you need while you are recording.
Forgotten a name? Want the exact thing a guest said twenty minutes ago? About to mention someone you would like to know more about? Ask Moxie and keep talking. Her answers appear privately on your screen, and nothing reaches your guests or your audience until you approve it.
